Abstract
This paper is analyzing the traditional facility management system to manage the facilities with huge amount of people who are working for a different departments for the same organization. Space management, space utilization, move management, and asset management are critical functionalities managed and monitored via this system. Due to some limitations and legacy nature of these systems, there is a need for the Integrated Work Place Management System (IWMS) to handle real estate, facility, and space and Capital Management system collectively. Proposed system is to design the single Workplace Management system for all the workplace need. Detailed comparative study was done with advanced IWMS and legacy facility management.
